Availability Calendar

Cancellation, Modification & No Show

FREE cancellation if notification is received at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
Inability to comply with the 24-hour advance notification is chargeable by the amount equivalent to at least one (1) night of the total rooms being held or guaranteed.
Charging may continue every night in case the room is reserved for more than one (1) night.
The 24 hours advance notification applies to Cancellation, No-Show and, Modification on a per night per room basis having the hotel’s standard check-in time as the reference.
Modification is subject to room availability
Valid cancellation may be subject to rebooking to the same hotel, issuance of a Gift Certificate or Voucher with a monetary value equal to the unused net value, or refund to the payment method used in the transaction equivalent to the unused net value, whichever is applicable.
Unused net value refers to the unused amount paid net of commission and other charges/fees.
