Green has been used for countries that are low risk to coronavirus disease (Covid-19) and include the following countries:
American Samoa, Bhutan, Chad China (Mainland), Comoros, Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Federated States of Micronesia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region of China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi Mali, Marshall Islands, Montserrat Morocco, Namibia, Niger, Northern Mariana Islands, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay, Rwanda, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sint Eustatius, South Africa, Sudan, Taiwan, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia, Zimbabwe
Yellow is used for countries that are at moderate risk of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) and include all other countries/territories/jurisdictions not otherwise listed in the green and red category.
Red is used for countries considered at high risk of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) which include:.
The Faroe Islands, The Netherlands
Additional: South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, and Mozambique, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland*, Belgium and Italy
■ GREEN LIST – those classified by the IATF as “Low Risk” countries/jurisdictions/territories.
■ YELLOW LIST – those classified by the IATF as “Moderate Risk” countries/jurisdictions/territories.
■ RED LIST – those classified by the IATF as “High Risk” countries/jurisdictions/territories.
Travel restrictions which include testing and quarantine protocols for arriving international passengers shall be based on this list of countries under the green-yellow-red classification. Generally, fully vaccinated individuals coming from the green list of countries may no longer require facility-based quarantine upon arrival with proof of a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure from the country of origin.
