Modification | Cancellation Request

Please Read First:  Make sure to put valid and active email address so we can reply.

Note for existing bookings that aren’t made from FHG Book Direct (FHGBD): Please coordinate with the partnered booking agent or channel where the booking was made to avoid double booking. FHG Book Direct is a separate booking channel and has no way to verify and access bookings made from other partnered channels of FHG.

Airport Pick-up Request:

1. Indicate FHGBD Booking#
2. Shuttle car or van (Cash basis only, payable directly to the hotel during check-in). See rates here.

e-Voucher Code Request:

1. Must use the registered email address with FHGBD
2. Must indicate the e-Voucher QRCode Reference Number that can be found below the e-Voucher’s QRCode.
3. Must indicate the amount to spend (applicable only if the e-Voucher is usable more than once).

Summary of Cancellation, Modification, No Show & Refund policies:

These policies apply to bookings made through the FHG Book Direct website only. For details read  Terms & Conditions.

• To avail free cancellation charge*, please send advance notification at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival through this form, with complete booking details including Booking ID.
• Advance notification applies to all cases of booking cancellation, modification, and no-show.
• Late cancellation and or no-show shall be charged at least one (1) night’s worth of reserved room/s thereafter.
• A valid modification request is subject to hotel confirmation and is not automatic.
• A valid cancellation request can be refunded in the form of rebooking, issuance of an e-voucher certificate with the unused value (UV), or refund* the Unused Net Value (UNV) to original payment method used. Unused Net Value is the unused value less applicable charges and fees. Refer to the agreed Terms & Conditions before making payment.
